Returns
Is your order not quite what you expected? That can happen. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return any items. Please let us know you’re returning your items by sending an e-mail to info@gutsgusto.com and let us know your name, invoice- or order number, item(s), and the reason you are returning it. As soon as you’ve let us know, we’ll respond to your e-mail with a returns label. If you want to use this returns label we’ll withhold €5,- from the reverse payment and you won’t have to pay any costs at the post office. This is valid for our customers in The Netherlands and Belgium.

If you don’t want to use the returns label, you can return your order via the post office at your own expense. Please send us an e-mail as stated above to let us know you are returning items and post your order to:

Remember to ask for a receipt from the post office. This will have a Track & Trace code on it so you can keep an eye on your return package.

Remember to return your invoice (or a copy of your invoice) with your package. This way, we can reverse the payment as soon as possible. As soon as we’ve received your return package, we’ll reverse the payment within 1 business day. This also goes for items you purchased on sale. Wanting to return shoes? Place the shoes in a shoebox and then in a shipping bag or box. This way, the shoes will have less chance of becoming damaged.

You can also return your items to one of our nearest stores in Enschede, Arnhem, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Groningen, Rotterdam or Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam. At least you don’t have to pay any postage costs and we enjoy your visits. If this is a better option, please remember to bring your invoice (or a copy of your invoice) along with you so we can help you the best we can.

Unfortunately, we are very busy right now. This is why it sometimes takes longer to process your return. If it's taking longer than a week, please contact us.
