How can I return my order?
Have you received your order but it's not quite what you hoped for? That's a shame but it can happen. Sign up for your return by sending an e-mail to info@gutsgusto.com with your order/invoice number, item(s) and why you want to return it. When you've signed up for your return, you will receive 2 different labels via e-mail which you can choose from.
1. A smart return label that you can show to an employee at a PostNL point on your smartphone. They will take care of the label and stick it onto your package.
2. A return label you can print yourself and stick onto your package. On the label, you will find instructions on how to return your items.
Only customers from the Netherlands can choose between these two options. For our customers from Belgium, only option 2 is available.
When you use this label, we will keep 5 euros when we refund the purchase amount, so you don't have to pay at the post office. This is only available for our customers from Belgium and the Netherlands.
When you don't want to use the return label, you can return your items (at your costs) to the following address (please sign up for your return beforehand via e-mail):

Don't forget to include your invoice (or a copy) with your return package. This way we can process your return easier. As soon as we've received your returned package we'll transfer the purchase amount back to your account within 1 business day. This goes for sale items too. Do you want to return shoes? Please make sure the shoes are packaged in a shoebox and that the box is packaged in a shipping envelope or shipping box. This way we can make sure that they will be returned to us in the correct state. Do you want to return earrings? Make sure that the hygiene seal is unopened. Because of hygiene reasons, we can only process earrings that have the hygiene seal still on them.
